Advice for the switch back to kibble

Hi everyone.

I'm looking for some advice. Two years ago I switched my puppy to a completely raw diet. His diet consists primarily of beef, chicken and pork. Unfortunately, the price of meat in our area has gone up significantly over the last couple years and funds just aren't allowing us this luxury at this time. I'm wondering if anyone else has made the switch back to kibble from a raw diet. At what rate did you do so? I want to make this transition as easy on him as possible. Prior to switching to raw he was fed Orijen and we will likely go back to that.

Does anyone have any thoughts or advice on this?

I don't think a straight switch will be too bad, as long as things like probiotics are included.
That said, if possible I'd go the little bit at a time method, and add a little bit of kibble to each meal (ignore the whole "never feed kibble and raw together because kibble digests slower - it's recently been proven wrong), and make sure you include green tripe or probiotics during the switch, it will take a bot for the gut flora to change back over to what's needed for kibble
